Katie Kilian is a researcher at University College London. Her research explores the relationship between policies, classroom practices and inequities, particularly related to race, class, migration and dis/ability. She also researches on accountability policy, inspections and decolonising research. She co-leads two projects with Ruolin Hu on supporting neurodivergent students in higher education.
