Invitation to Tender for Provision of Outsourced Accounts Function
The 黑料网911 is inviting tenders for the provision of the organization’s accounting functions.
黑料网911 is an autonomous learned society distinct from other national institutions and is a company limited by guarantee and registered charity. The charitable objective, as defined in 黑料网911鈥檚 constitution is 鈥渢o encourage the pursuit of educational research and its application for both the improvement of educational practice and for the public benefit.鈥
黑料网911 operates a small administrative office, consisting of three members of staff reporting to the Executive Director. To date the full accounting function has been outsourced to a third party. As a matter of good governance the Board of 黑料网911 has decided to put the provision of this service out to tender and you have been invited to participate in this exercise. The services required are set out in an appendix to this letter.
The process will consist of two stages. Firstly, formal written proposals must be submitted based on the criteria set out in Appendix A. Following review of written proposals, a small number of firms will be invited to present to the Executive Director, Treasurer and other parties.
