Professor Barbara Jaworski is a Professor of Mathematics Education in the Mathematics Education Centre at Loughborough University. Her main research focus is the development of mathematics teaching in theory and in practice and communities of inquiry in developmental research. She is interested in characterising the teaching of mathematics as it relates to students’ making of meaning in mathematics.
