Sarabjit Borrill is a Senior Lecturer and English teacher with over 17 years of teaching experience in education. Her experience spans further education and higher education, where she currently delivers modules for the International PGCE programme. Since moving from NHS management in 2009, she has dedicated herself to education, specialising in the delivery of Skills for Life English courses and teacher training. Currently pursuing her doctorate at the University of Sunderland, Sarabjit's research focuses on leveraging video technology to enhance teacher reflection and development. As a Member of the Society for Education and Training with both QTLS and ATS credentials, she brings a timely perspective on promoting teacher autonomy and learning. Her cross-sector experience and commitment to innovative teaching practices make her an interesting voice in education discourse.
