Dr Duminda Rajasinghe is a senior lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at Nottingham Trent University, UK. Duminda’s research interest lies in coaching and adult learning. He works as an academic mentor and an executive coach at Nottingham Business school. He is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE (SFHEA), Academic Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the chair of external relations committee of the University Forum of Human Resource Development.
